Central Asia

Central Asia is the cradle of the ancient civilization, the place in which the ancient religions were born, the dynasties of the rulers replaced each other, the ancient states died again and revived. The map of Central Asia changed more than once during its existence, legends accompanied the birth of new dynasties and traditions, various peoples inhabited the territory and created its history. Today, Central Asia is the territory of five independent states: Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan and Turkmenistan. In this composition, we must also add the region of the Republic of Karakalpakstan, which occupies the northwestern part of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

Central Asia is the endless deserts of Karakum and Kyzylkum, these are the high mountain ranges of the Tien Shan and the Pamirs, Zarafshan and Gissar, full-flowing rivers, the main water arteries of the region Amu Darya and Syr Darya.
